Key Responsibilities主要职责 :

Business Development focus业务开发相关：

§ 华东相关区域的客户、业务、市场开拓

Development of customers, projects, nitch markets.

§ 完成公司营业额、毛利等指标考核

Complete KPI of revenue, GP and others

§ 公司形象和专业基能提升

Maintain and escalate company image and service level

§ 项目优化

Project optimization

§ 维持良好的资金状况

Keep good finance condition

§ 团队建设和团队精神建设

Team setup and motivate team moral

§ 完成总部和事业部规定的其它事宜

Follow the direction from Feiliks head office and other departments

Team Management团队管理:

§ 处理相关业务报表

Report management

§ 设计团队营销计划

Market plan of sales

§ 跟踪、督促团队成员完成业务指标

Monitor and indicate sales members to adhere to their yearly KPI

§ 增加团队忠诚度

Enhance employees loyalty

§ 培养企业文化

Foster company’s business culture

§ 优化团队操作和团队表现

Optimize team operation and behaviours

§ 协助完成客户SOP

Support to setup SOP for key clients

§ 建立良好的人员备份机制

Build up good backup system for team members

§ 团队业务支持

Give enough support to the team whenever it has problem
