Bühler China is the competent partner when it comes to machines, plants and services for the grain and food processing as well as for producing high-quality materials. Bühler has been operating in China since the 1980's, with its headquarters located in Wuxi.

Tasks

After customized technical and skill training(Communication skill, Working method, presentation skill, Negotiation skill and Commercial knowledge), the trainees should be developed as Sales Engineer with high competence.经过专业定制的技术培训和软性技巧(沟通技巧、工作方法、演讲技巧、谈判技巧、商务知识等)培训,发展成为综合能力较高的销售工程师;
Master all technology、 processing、equipment and system portfolio knowledge and application.掌握相关的技术、工艺、设备、系统等全方面的知识及相关应用;
Know engineering project execution both on technical aspect and project management.从技术角度和项目管理方面了解工程项目执行过程;
Through training, have deep understanding of product application and industry know-how.通过培训对产品知识和行业应用有一定的了解;
Learn sales process, customer relationship management, and internal network build-up.了解销售流程、客户管理系统和搭建工作网络;
Sales support and relevant work.完成销售支持及相关工作;

Required qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical、Chemical、 Marketing、 Food and Grain Engineering.本科或以上 机械、化工、食品、粮食工程及市场营销类的2020年应届毕业生;
Skilled in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.良好的英语听说读写能力;
Familiar with MS office software. 熟练使用办公软件;
Good communication skills.良好的沟通技能;
Team player, excellent service attitude and learning capability具有团队合作精神、良好的服务态度及学习能力;
Knowledge Management.良好的知识管理、归纳总结能力;
Customer focus, result and quality orientation.关注客户,以结果和质量为导向。
